Why did you choose this name for your beach bar?

The name Brunello’s derives from the first bottle of wine I accidentally dropped in an Italian restaurant I used to work in many years ago. Because of my surname ‘De Bruyne’ the Italians used to call me ‘Brunello’ referring to the expensive bottle of wine that I let slip through my fingers.
